Joseph Legan is a seasoned technical manager with extensive experience in motorsports and engineering. Currently serving as Technical Manager at SRO Motorsports America since 2017, Joseph utilizes MoTeC Dash Managers and i2 Analysis software to collect and analyze car data, as well as to create performance reports. Joseph was a navigator for Team 1220, contributing to the team's victory in the Class 12 (SCORE Lights) Baja 1000 in late 2023. Joseph previously managed the SCCA Team and Motorsports Lab at Purdue School of Engineering and Technology, overseeing race car preparations and reconstructions. An internship with INDYCAR involved safety tech inspection, focusing on car and driver gear compliance. Joseph's early career at NAPA Auto Parts spanned over 16 years in various sales roles. Joseph earned a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Indiana University Indianapolis.
