Matthew Welch is an experienced construction project professional with a background in engineering and project management. Currently serving as a Project Manager at SRK Engineering since January 2022, Matthew previously held various roles at Skanska USA Civil Inc. from March 2012 to January 2022, including Project Engineer and Field Engineer. Responsibilities included managing heavy civil construction projects, such as significant roadway and rail infrastructure initiatives, and performing field engineering tasks. Matthew began the career as a Project Engineer Intern on the Alaskan Way Viaduct Replacement project in 2011. Matthew earned a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo in 2011, following graduation from Ponderosa High School in 2007.
