Laura Tinnel is a Senior Computer Scientist at SRI International since April 2011, specializing in computational adversary and threat modeling, machine learning, advanced reasoning techniques, and cyber resilience for critical infrastructures. Tinnel has substantial experience in operational consulting, focusing on cyber threat assessments and secure system architectures. Prior roles include Research Scientist at Global InfoTek, Inc., Chief Systems Integrator at Cyber Defense Agency, LLC, and Deputy Program Manager at Teknowledge Corporation, where Tinnel contributed to DARPA-funded research and the application of AI in cybersecurity.
