Nathan McCarron, a professional with experience in managing teams and engaging with top talent in the STEM field for key clients. Currently serving as Head of Programme Delivery at SRG, overseeing a team of specialist consultants in the UK and Offshore. Additionally, Nathan serves as a Project Lead on the COVID-19 Projects Team and as an Account Manager for the National Accounts Team, recruiting within the scientific sector for major global organisations. Prior to SRG, Nathan worked as a Scientific Resourcer at Precision Analysis North West Ltd and as a Laboratory Analyst. Nathan holds a PgCert in Pharmaceutical Manufacture and Quality Control and a BSc (Hons) in Biomedical Science.
