Taher Soliman started their work experience in 2017 as a Senior Sales Associate at adidas, where they worked until 2019. In 2020, they worked as an Engineering Project Lead at Penn State University, managing a team of 4 engineers and creating a biomedical product. Taher rendered blueprints and low fidelity models using SolidWorks and reduced the cost of the product. Taher also applied project management skills and implemented an online-only platform. In 2021, they interned at PPL Corporation as a Distribution Asset Investment Strategy Intern. Currently, in 2022, Taher is working as an Associate Technical Consultant at srcLogic.

Taher Soliman attended Penn State University from 2018 to 2022, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering. In addition to their formal education, Taher has also obtained several certifications. In 2020, they achieved the Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (ICGB) certification from the Institute of Industrial and Systems Engineers. In 2022, Taher obtained the Certified System Administrator certification from ServiceNow and the Certified System Architect (CSA) certification from Pegasystems.
