Madeline Beaudry's work experience includes serving as an Associate Consultant at srcLogic since 2020. Prior to that, they worked at the University of Maryland as a Research Assistant in various roles. Madeline was a Research Assistant in the Neel Lab from January 2018 to August 2020, where they performed data entry and specimen organization tasks for an ecological research study, identified plants at field sites, and compiled contact information for a study on land managers and stewards. Madeline was also part of the Gemstone Honors College - Team LYTIC from September 2016 to May 2020. Additionally, they conducted fieldwork to test a rapid-assessment protocol of urban forest habitats affected by sea level rise and human activities in a role as a Research Assistant in the Johnson Lab from September 2017 to September 2018. Madeline also worked as a Hollings Scholar at NOAA: National Oceanic & Atmospheric Administration from May 2019 to August 2019.

Madeline Beaudry pursued their undergraduate education from 2016 to 2020 at the University of Maryland. Madeline graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree, majoring in Ecology and Evolutionary Biology and GIS (Geographic Information Systems).
