Isabella Newton's work experience includes positions at srcLogic and Learning Assistance Services. At srcLogic, they started as a Technical Consultant in July 2016 and held this role until December 2020. As a Certified Senior System Architect with expertise in the Pegasystems platform, they were dedicated to finding innovative solutions that addressed customer pain points and improved productivity, efficiency, and collaboration. Isabella then advanced to the position of Lead Technical Consultant in January 2021, which they currently hold. Prior to this, Isabella served as a General Chemistry GSS Leader at Learning Assistance Services from January 2013 to January 2015.

Isabella Newton received their Bachelor's Degree in Bioengineering from the University of Maryland in 2016. In addition, they obtained certifications as a Certified System Architect and Certified Senior System Architect from Pegasystems in September 2016 and March 2017, respectively.
