Ove Erik Vika has extensive experience in safety and transport management, currently serving as a Sikkerhetsrådgiver at SR Group AS since May 2000. Responsibilities include preventing risks related to personnel, material assets, and the environment, particularly concerning the transport of hazardous goods. Additionally, Vika has held roles such as Sikkerhetsrådgiver Farlig gods, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, and KHMS Leder, focusing on quality management systems in accordance with ISO 9001:2000 standards. Prior positions include Transportleder at SR Transport AS and Sjåfør, involved in the transportation of offshore materials, special transport, and container logistics. The early career began as a Maskinkjører at Stangeland Maskin from 1984 to 1987. Ove Erik Vika is currently pursuing further education at the University of Stavanger from September 2022 to June 2024.
