Rafael Morel has extensive experience in welding and safety coordination, currently serving as a Welder at S&R Enterprises, LLC and as a Safety Coordinator and Welder/Ironworker at Lee Mechanical Contractors, Inc. since 2015. Additional roles include welding for Standard Marine & Ship Repair on navy ships, structural welding at Elwood Staffing Services for rocket launchers, and working with Valmont Industries and Valmont Newmark as a welder and fitter. Previous positions include boilermaking for Fluor Industrial Services and structural welding for The Shaw Group.
