James Hocking is an experienced retail professional currently serving as the Assistant Garden Centre Manager at Squire's Garden Centres since January 2018, where responsibilities include engaging with customers throughout the purchasing process in garden furniture and BBQs, as well as overseeing sundries. Prior to this role, James Hocking worked as a Team Leader at TK MAXX from October 2014 to January 2018, managing departmental operations and leading a team of cashiers to achieve key performance indicators and targets. James Hocking is an alumnus of the Academy of Contemporary Music Guildford, where studies were undertaken from 2012 to 2015.
