Kia Frank is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in music education, customer engagement, and product management. Currently serving as the Product & Process Director at Squint Metrics since August 2021, Kia has extensive experience in optimizing customer support systems, previously holding the role of Customer Happiness Platform & Project Manager at Mindful Health LLC. Additionally, Kia instructed voice and piano at the Willow Arts Wellness Center for nearly a decade and took on various roles in guest services and photography. Educationally, Kia holds a Bachelor of Music Education from Baldwin Wallace University, a Master's in Music from Indiana University, and is pursuing an Executive MBA from Quantic School of Business and Technology.
