Daniel Estrela is an experienced Senior Linux System Administrator with a strong background in high-performance computing (HPC) and data science infrastructure. Currently employed at Squeeze Animation Studios since June 2022, Daniel previously held the same position at Petrobras from November 2006 to June 2022, where responsibilities included designing and implementing data science infrastructure using Jupyterhub over HPC clusters, as well as defining, installing, and operating HPC clusters for reservoir simulation and seismic processing. Daniel holds a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Mechanical Engineering and a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Mathematics, both from UERJ.
