Melissa Coburn is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in management and technology. Currently serving as General Manager for Squeegee Squad in Des Moines since July 2024, Melissa focuses on franchise growth and development. As a Franchise Owner of Squeegee Squad since January 2020, Melissa has also held various roles at Westar Energy, including IT Portfolio Manager, where responsibilities involved developing business capability roadmaps and leading Agile/Scrum teams. Previous positions at Westar Energy included Systems Analyst and Supervisor of Application Support, along with a background as a Software Programmer Analyst at Payless ShoeSource. Melissa holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Computer/Information Technology Administration and Management from Washburn University and an Associate of Science in Accounting and Business/Management from Washburn Institute of Technology.
