Nicholas Yoong, FRM, currently serves as the Head of Project Management at Squarepoint Capital, a position held since October 2018. Previously, Nicholas worked as a Blockchain Analyst at Stratis Platform and as a Business Analyst in Counterparty Risk Technology and Recovery & Resolution Planning at Deutsche Bank. Nicholas's career began at Barclays Investment Bank, where various roles included Business Analyst in Counterparty Risk Trading, Risk Platform Developer for Commodities Derivatives, and C# Application Developer for Market Risk. Early experience includes a Summer Analyst position at Barclays Capital and internships at the Malaysia Institute of Economic Research and PwC. Nicholas holds a Master of Science (MSc) in Financial Computing and a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Economics and Statistics from UCL.
