Neelam Jain is an experienced engineering manager currently at Squarepoint Capital, where responsibilities include the development, training, and management of a global team along with driving test automation initiatives. Prior to this role, Neelam served as Vice President at Morgan Stanley, managing a quality assurance team for reference data applications and driving test automation. Additionally, Neelam held the position of Vice President at Goldman Sachs, focusing on testing front office trading applications for APAC markets. Earlier career experience includes roles as a Senior Analyst in QA at IBM and a Full-Time Summer Intern at Yahoo! in technology research. Neelam Jain holds a Master of Science in Information Systems from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, and is currently pursuing a Post-Graduate Program in Data Science and Business Analytics at The University of Texas at Austin.
