Kamen Kanev is a quantitative researcher at Squarepoint Capital since May 2022. Prior to this role, Kamen held various positions at JPMorgan Chase & Co. from September 2008 to April 2022, including Executive Director and Global Head of Oil Products Trading, Vice President of North America Oil Products Trading, Associate in European Light Products Trading, and Analyst in North America Power. Kamen also completed a summer analyst position in power trading at JPMorgan Chase & Co. in June 2007. Kamen holds a BA in Economics and Mathematics from Vassar College.
