Mutasem Al Jundi is a highly experienced professional in the field of information technology and operations management. Currently serving as the Regional Projects and Operations Manager at SquareOne Technologies since February 2020, Mutasem specializes in RPA, ECM, AI, PowerApps, and PowerPlatform. Previously, Mutasem worked as an AI in Cybersecurity Researcher at ASU from August 2019 to February 2020. Prior to this role, experience includes nearly two decades at the Supreme Judicial Council in Qatar as IT Operations Manager and Project Manager, where responsibilities encompassed managing IT operations, budgeting, and project execution, along with implementing a service desk using Manage Engine ITSM Tool. Earlier career experience includes serving as an IT Specialist at Al Yousuf Computers, supporting key customers such as ADNOC and Abu Dhabi Government. Mutasem holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from Yarmouk University, earned between 1990 and 1995.
