Melissa Blissett, MSW, is an accomplished social work professional currently serving as Vice President of Family Services at Square One (Springfield Day Nursery) since June 2018, where responsibilities include designing and implementing parent education services, securing program funding, and overseeing family support initiatives. Previously, Melissa held various roles, including Assistant Vice President of Family Services at Square One, Child and Family Law Social Worker at the Committee for Public Counsel Services, and Healthy Families Supervisor, showcasing expertise in family dynamics and support systems. With a strong academic background, including a Master of Social Work from Springfield College, Melissa also contributes to the field as an Adjunct Professor at Springfield College and has extensive experience working with diverse populations, including individuals with Autism Spectrum disorders and families in recovery.
