Doug Frazer has a varied work experience beginning in 2008 with Marin Theatre Company, where they held the roles of Production Manager, Interim Production Manager, Director of Information Technology, Assistant Production Manager, and Master Electrician. In 2015, they moved to Yale University as an Office Assistant in Human Resources - Compensation. In 2016, they joined Square 9 Softworks as a Professional Services Analyst, then moved on to become a Project Manager and then a Senior Project Manager.

Doug Frazer began their education in 1998 when they attended Lower Merion H.S. From 2002 to 2006, they attended Earlham College and studied Theatre Arts. In 2016, Doug Frazer enrolled at University of Massachusetts Lowell and obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Information Technology in 2018. In September 2018, Doug Frazer also obtained a CompTIA A+ ce certification from CompTIA.
