Devika Chib has work experience with multiple companies. In 2018, they worked as a Sales Team Member at AIESEC. In 2019, they were a Sales Team Lead at AIESEC and later became the Head of Public Relations at C4 Projects from November 2019 to March 2021. In 2020, they had an internship as a Trainee at Drut Technologies Inc. Lastly, they joined SquadStack in January 2022 as a Product Engineering Intern and was promoted to the role of Product Engineer in July 2022.

Devika Chib attended Vellore Institute of Technology from 2018 to 2022, where they earned a Bachelor of Technology degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering. In addition to their bachelor's degree, they obtained several certifications. In June 2020, they completed a course on Object-Oriented Data Structures in C++ offered by Coursera. Devika also obtained a certification in Stochastic processes in June 2020. In April 2020, they completed courses on Fundamentals of Graphic Design and Visual Elements of User Interface Design, both offered by Coursera. Additionally, in May 2019, they completed a course on Programming Fundamentals also offered by Coursera.
