Songnyeong Nam has a diverse work experience starting from 2015. Their most recent role is as a Solutions Engineer at SQream since April 2022. Before this, they worked as a Frontend Web Developer at Corretto, Inc from March 2021 to March 2022. Prior to that, they served as a Document Coordinator at Nawah Energy Company from February 2019 to February 2020. In 2016, they worked as an Office Assistant at Korea Hydro & Nuclear Power, where they handled administrative tasks and published weekly newsletters. In the same year, they also worked as a Sales Representative at saengdamwon. Their earliest known role is an Internship at spark international in 2015, where they wrote letters related to vessel freight insurance and organized documents about Tae-An oil spill accident.

Songnyeong Nam attended Korea Maritime & Ocean University from 2012 to 2016, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA degree with a focus on Maritime transportation. Songnyeong also obtained a certification in IELTS from the British Council in February 2014.
