Tom Wolfe is an experienced professional in real estate and finance, currently serving as the Founder of Squarefoot Capital since December 2017. At Squarefoot Capital, Tom has established a platform that facilitates property developers in raising equity and debt for their projects by leveraging relationships with interested investors and lenders. Previously, Tom owned Sierra Whiskey Ltd, a property development firm active from October 2009 to December 2018, which specialized in sourcing undervalued residential properties in Central London and securing financing for such deals. Additionally, Tom has experience as a business owner of Pendrum, a construction enterprise, and worked as a derivatives-focused headhunter at Carrington Fox, alongside an early role as an estate agent at Foxtons.
