Mike Brown has a diverse work experience starting as an intern in the Ticket Office at the Philadelphia Eagles in 2007. Mike then worked as a Scouting Intern for the Eagles in 2008. Later, they transitioned into sales roles at The SpyGlass Group, LLC., starting as an Inside Sales Manager in 2008 and progressing to roles such as Manager, Senior Manager, Regional Director, Senior Director, and finally Executive Director of Sales. In these roles, they managed sales teams, trained representatives, and met with corporate leaders to promote SpyGlass' cost advisory services.

From 2004 to 2008, Mike Brown attended Bluffton University, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Sport Management and Marketing, along with a minor in Coaching.
