Michelle Tancak currently serves as the Manager of Business Development & Intake Operations at The SpyGlass Group, LLC, since November 2019. Prior experience includes a role as a Retreat Intern at CrossRoads Ministry, where responsibilities involved overseeing high school students during retreats and managing relationships with various stakeholders. Michelle has also held positions at John Carroll University Center for Service and Social Action as a Marketing and Data Analytics Intern and Student Liaison, emphasizing skills in data management and community engagement. Additional roles include hostess positions at Pizzazz on the Circle and AJ's Urban Grill, as well as various leadership and sales roles throughout Michelle's career. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in Management and Human Resources from John Carroll University and Regent's University London, complemented by an Associate of Arts from Cuyahoga Community College.
