Nina Nguyen has a strong background in regulatory affairs, with extensive experience working in various companies. Nina is currently the Vice President of Regulatory Affairs at SpyGlass Pharma, Inc. Before that, they held the position of Vice President of Regulatory Affairs at On Target Laboratories, where they provided leadership and guidance to project teams in the development and execution of regulatory strategies for surgical oncology products. Prior to that, they served as Vice President of Regulatory Affairs at Glaukos Corporation, where they were responsible for the development and execution of global regulatory strategies for sustained release drug/device combination systems and other pharmaceutical products. Nina also worked as a Director of Regulatory Affairs at Alere Inc., providing regulatory leadership and support for diagnostic products, and as a Director of Regulatory Affairs at Endologix Inc., leading successful regulatory approvals for medical devices. Earlier in their career, they held roles in regulatory affairs at Edwards Lifesciences, Allergan, Celgene, Pfizer Inc., and Bristol-Myers Squibb.

Nina Nguyen has a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Rutgers University, earned from 1990 to 1994. Nina then pursued their MBA in finance at Fairleigh Dickinson University from 1997 to 2002.
