Lynn Bush has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Lynn has worked as the Director of Design for Spyder Active Sports since 2022. Prior to that, they held various positions at PEARL iZUMi, including Director of Design, Sr. Design Manager, Apparel, and Design Manager, Apparel. During their time at PEARL iZUMi, Lynn successfully elevated the company's product line and profitability, led the creation of an independent Design department, and defined design direction for all global product lines. Lynn also managed and mentored a design team and collaborated with Product Line Managers to support the design vision across all categories. Before PEARL iZUMi, Lynn founded and managed Tough Girl Cycling Team, where they built and developed all aspects of the brand, including design, marketing, sponsor relations, and rider development. Lynn also has experience working as an Adjunct Professor at various universities, including the University of Colorado at Boulder, Regis University, and Metropolitan State University of Denver, where they taught art and sculpture courses. Lynn also served as a Graduate Instructor at the University of Colorado Boulder, where they developed and implemented the curriculum for art and sculpture classes.
Lynn Bush pursued their education in the field of fine arts, focusing on sculpture and painting. Lynn obtained their Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree from the Kansas City Art Institute, where they studied painting from 1998 to 2002. Following this, Lynn furthered their education by completing a Master of Fine Arts (MFA) degree in Sculpture from the University of Colorado Boulder, attending the institution from 2003 to 2006.
