Amy Manchester has a diverse work experience, starting with their current role as a Global Engineer at SpyCloud since October 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Technical Support Engineer at Thriva Health from June 2022 to October 2022. Amy also held positions at Patchwork Health, where they served as a Lead Support Engineer from February 2022 to August 2022, and as a Support Engineer from June 2021 to February 2022. Before entering the tech industry, Amy worked at Bofin, where they were an Operations Specialist from June 2020 to June 2021, and a Customer Support Executive from February 2020 to June 2020. Their earliest work experience was at Fosterwood Events, where they held various roles, including Event Manager from May 2018 to May 2021, Team Leader from May 2017 to May 2018, and Crew Member from May 2016 to May 2017.

Amy Manchester completed their Master's degree in Computer Software Engineering from Wrexham Glyndŵr University from 2021 to 2023. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Computer Games and Programming Skills from London South Bank University between 2017 and 2020. Amy also earned a certification in Shecodes Plus from the institution shecodes.io in June 2022.
