Melissa Roberts has over 18 years of experience in customer service and sales support within the technology sector. Since November 2005, Melissa has been employed at SPX Technologies as a Customer Service II. Prior to this role, Melissa worked at Flash Technology, an SPX Corporation Company, where various positions included Sales Support Specialist, Customer Service Coordinator, Quality Coordinator, and RMA Coordinator from November 2005 to February 2023. Melissa holds an Associate of Science degree in Business/Commerce from the University of Phoenix.
