Shawn Criswell is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project and program management within the technology sector. Currently serving as a Program Manager at Bank of America since April 2016, Shawn manages a significant workstream for an EU Federally mandated General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) program, focusing on comprehensive knowledge accumulation of 23 GDPR articles. Prior to this role, Shawn has held positions such as Senior IT Project Manager at SPX Corporation, delivering project leadership for SAP, EDI, and Plant Migration activities, and worked as an Independent Technology Consultant, managing multiple client contracts in various sectors. Previous experience includes roles at IBM, Advanced Systems Design, and Capgemini Consulting. Shawn holds a Master’s Degree in Information Technology from The Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Management Information Systems from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
