Johannes Ramara has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as a Human Resources Officer at SPX Cooling Technologies since September 2009, with responsibilities that include the development of HR processes and information systems, as well as training and development. Prior to this role, Johannes held positions such as Senior Human Resources Officer at Eclipse East Plant and Regional Human Resources Officer at Distell, among others. Johannes' career began as a Machine Operator at Haggie Rand (Scaw Metals), progressing through various HR roles at Scaw Metals. Johannes' educational background includes a BCom in Human Resources Management from the University of South Africa, a Diploma in Human Resources Management from Damelin, and a National Diploma in Municipal Administration from Technikon Northern Transvaal.
