Jeremy Newsom is an experienced plant manager with a strong background in production, quality control, maintenance, and supply chain management. Currently serving as Plant Manager at Resco Products, Inc. since October 2023 and at SPX Cooling Technologies, Inc. since October 2019, Jeremy is responsible for meeting key performance metrics and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Previous roles include leading the startup of a large furniture manufacturing facility at Ashley Furniture Industries and implementing Lean Six Sigma methodologies as the Continuous Improvement Manager at Northfield Medical. In earlier positions, Jeremy also excelled as Maintenance Manager at Portola Packaging and as a Tool and Die Maker at HMS Products. Jeremy holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources Management from Strayer University and a Black Belt Certification in Lean/Six Sigma from Villanova University.
