Rachel Hands is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations, currently serving as the Director of Professional Services at Sputnik Moment since August 2023. Prior to this, Rachel held the position of VP of Services and Delivery for Salesforce Practice at Bitwise Industries, where responsibilities included developing team structures and service offerings post-M&A. As Director of the Success Center at Exponent Partners, Rachel achieved over 100% year-over-year revenue retention and improved staffing models. Previous roles also include leading technology strategies for social impact nonprofits at Now IT Matters and driving company strategy as part of the executive team at PatronManager. Rachel holds a Master of Music in Music History from the University of Cincinnati and a Bachelor of Music in Music Performance from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
