Donovan Cronje's work experience includes roles at Spur Corporation, John Dorys, and Planet Holllywood London. Donovan started at Planet Holllywood London in 2000 as a Manager and worked there until 2002. In 2008, they joined John Dorys as an Operations Manager and stayed until 2010. Since 2010, they have been with Spur Corporation, starting as a National Operations Manager and currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer.

Donovan Cronje attended Sarel Cilliers High School from 1992 to 1995, where they obtained their Matric degree. Prior to that, they briefly attended Grosvenor Boys High from 1991 to 1992.
