Matthew West has over 16 years of experience in continuous improvement and project management. Currently serving as Continuous Improvement Manager and previously as Production Control Manager at Spudnik Equipment Company LLC since January 2016, Matthew has cultivated a deep expertise in optimizing production processes. Prior experience includes a significant tenure at the Naval Nuclear Laboratory (FMP) from May 2007 to January 2016, where Matthew held the role of Project Manager. Matthew holds a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering from Montana State University-Bozeman, obtained between September 2001 and May 2007.
