Tom Douglas is an experienced instructional designer currently working at Credence Management Solutions, LLC, within the USAF Special Operations Training Group since October 2023. Prior to this position, Tom served as an instructional designer for the USAF Special Operations Training Group from 2016. Tom’s career also includes a role as program manager for the NSOCC-A Freedom of Maneuver project at A-T Solutions from 2013 to 2015, and leadership experience as the J7 Section civilian team lead with the Combined Joint Task Force Troy in 2008-2009. Tom's professional background began in the Navy, where Tom served in explosive ordnance disposal from 1985 to 2005.
