Michael Walker has extensive experience working as a Senior Field Service Engineer in various companies. Michael started their career at Thermo Fisher Scientific in 2005, where they completed on-site installations, provided support calls, and performed preventative maintenance for instrumentation and screening products. From 2017 to 2019, they worked at ProteinSimple, conducting product installations, maintenance, and troubleshooting for electronic and mechanical systems. Michael then joined Akoya Biosciences in 2019, where they installed and validated Phenoptics and CODEX products, while also providing customer training. In 2020, Michael joined Applied Silver, Inc. as a Senior Field Service Engineer, responsible for installation, repair, and maintenance of SilvaClean systems, as well as customer training and stakeholder management. Their current role is as a West Coast Field Service Engineer at SPT Labtech, where they perform on-site installation, preventive maintenance, and repair visits while ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Michael Walker attended Devry (Chicago) from 1990 to 1993, where they obtained an Associate Degree of Engineering - BE in the field of Engineering.
