Katie Arntson is a seasoned professional in HR data and systems, currently serving as a Senior HR Data & Systems Analyst at SPS Commerce since July 2022. Previously, Katie held positions as Business Systems Manager for HR Systems at Arctic Wolf and Talent Technology Manager at RSM US LLP, where responsibilities spanned multiple roles including Talent Technology Sr. Analyst and LMS Coordinator. Katie's experience also includes teaching roles at the University of Minnesota and tutoring at Minnesota Math Corps. With a strong educational background, Katie earned a Master of Education in Learning Technologies from the University of Minnesota and a Bachelor’s degree in English and Music History from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.
