Karen Dahlstrom, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the HR Compliance Lead and Senior HR Business Partner at SPS Commerce since January 2022, leading a Global HR Business Partner team for the Technology division. Prior to this role, Karen held various positions at Prime Therapeutics from December 2012 to January 2022, including HR Business Partner Principal and HR Director, where responsibilities included team leadership and cross-functional support for HR projects. Earlier in the career, Karen served as an HR Generalist and Coordinator at US Bank and as an HR Coordinator at BWBR Architects, gaining extensive experience in employee support and administrative HR processes. Educational credentials include a Master of Arts in Human Resource Management from Concordia University-St. Paul and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources and Marketing from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.
