Kinza Kazmi possesses extensive experience in the finance and education sectors. Currently serving as a Post Closing/Mortgage Recording Specialist at Spruce since September 2021, Kinza previously held the position of Mortgage Recording Specialist at Fidelity National Financial from August 2020 to September 2021. Prior to that, Kinza was an Account Supervisor at ARNS Investment, where responsibilities included managing tenant payments, account reconciliation, and utilizing accounting software to track outstanding debts. Kinza commenced professional career as an Accounts and Administrative Executive at Funhouse International School from November 2014 to June 2018, where roles included event organization and support for educational staff. Kinza holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Karachi University, completed in 2005.
