Skylar Piro is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success and operations management. Currently serving as the Director of Customer Success for Strategic Accounts at Sprout Social, Inc., Skylar has held various roles since December 2017, including Senior Manager and leader of the Women@Sprout Culture initiative, driving inclusion within the organization. Prior to Sprout Social, Skylar worked at Simply Measured from August 2015 to December 2017, and at True Fabrications from August 2013 to August 2015, focusing on customer relationships and operational efficiency. Skylar's earlier career includes administrative and internship roles at Seattle Pacific University, the African Chamber of Commerce of the Pacific Northwest, and Burton Snowboards. Skylar holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Business Administration from Seattle Pacific University.
