Jeinz Hernandez is a seasoned Systems Architect at Sprout Solutions since May 2015, known for leading the successful migration to Azure cloud and implementing advanced development practices for enhanced application performance. Prior to this role, Jeinz served as a Senior Software Engineer, playing a pivotal role in the design and maintenance of core products Sprout HR and Sprout Recruit, while managing critical databases. Earlier experiences include positions at KMC Savills, Inc., where Jeinz developed internal HR and Recruitment Systems, and at HI-R Technology, where responsibilities included the creation of an internal Inventory system and a turnstile system for a major arena. Jeinz began a career journey at PSIT Link as a Junior Software Engineer, contributing to a module for an insurance system. Educationally, Jeinz holds a Diploma in Information Technology from STI College Alabang.
