Glenda S. is an experienced Product Manager at Sprout Solutions since November 2019, previously serving as a Product Specialist and Product Owner at Mownecum Services, Inc. from October 2012 to November 2019, where responsibilities included quality analysis and project coordination. Prior to that, Glenda worked as a Technical Support and Customer Support Representative at NCO Group for several months in 2012, assisting customers with technical issues related to mobile devices.
