Prabodh Kumar has worked in a variety of roles since 2005. Prabodh began their career as a Telecommunications Engineer at Nokia Siemens Networks in 2005. In 2008, they moved to IBM India Pvt Ltd as a System Software Engineer. In 2010, they co-founded Iween Software Solutions. From 2015 to 2019, they worked as an Engineering Manager at Recruiterbox, followed by a role as a Software Development Manager at Reflektive. Currently, they are working as an Engineer at Sprinto HQ.

Prabodh Kumar completed an MTech in Computer Science at the International Institute of Information Technology from 2006 to 2008. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Technology - BTech in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Kakatiya Institute of Technology & Science, Yerragattu Hillocks, Bheemaram, Hasanparthy, Warangal from 2001 to 2005.
