Ajay Sethi has worked in various roles since 2011. Ajay began their career as an Internee at Clyde Bergemann in 2012. Ajay then moved to India YAMAHA Motor Pvt. Ltd. as an Internee in 2011. In 2013, they worked as a Special Project Manager at Hero MotoCorp Ltd. In 2014, Ajay co-founded LazyLad, where they raised $600K to build a hyperlocal marketplace for daily needs and digitized 250+ neighborhood mom & pop stores to process around 700 orders/day. In 2016, they worked as a Revenue Manager at OYO. In 2018, they took on the role of Operations Consultant at Leadworx, where they were responsible for outbound email and Linkedin prospecting and sales. In 2019, they founded and became CEO of Croton. Ajay is currently the Head of Sales Development at Sprinto.com.

Ajay Sethi attended D.A.V. Centary Public School from 2007 to 2009. Ajay then went on to pursue a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering at the Indian Institute of Technology, Guwahati from 2009 to 2013.
