Sarah Deischer is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in real estate and business management. Currently serving as the Managing Broker and Realtor at Sprinkman Real Estate since December 2020, Sarah has also been a Partner in Sales and Marketing at SportsAdvantedge, a youth athletic training facility, since January 2014. Previously, Sarah held leadership roles at First Weber, Inc., where responsibilities included training new agents and mentoring, and served as a Recruiting Manager at Robert Half Finance & Accounting.
