Thomas Nicholson has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Thomas started their career at Oaks Consultancy as an intern, where they gained experience in business development and social media management. Thomas then worked as a Student Social Media Assistant at Coventry University, where they engaged with students on social media platforms and created content for the university's blog. Thomas also served as a UK Brand Ambassador for HootSuite Media Inc., promoting their brand in the UK.

Their most recent and significant role was at Sprinklr, where they held various positions. Thomas started as a Managed Services Consultant and quickly progressed to Senior Consultant. In their role as Team Lead, they supported fortune 500 companies in enhancing their social capabilities using the Sprinklr platform. Thomas also managed and developed a team of consultants responsible for implementing scalable business solutions and retaining top enterprise clients. Thomas then advanced to Associate Director and later became Director of Managed Services, where they continued to provide platform expertise and manage client relationships.
