Thomas Jenkins has a diverse work experience spanning over 13 years. Thomas started their career at Tesco as a Customer Assistant, where they worked from 2008 to 2011. Thomas then moved to City University London as an IT/AV Support Analyst for a brief period of two months. After that, they joined Google as an IT Support Technician, where they provided laptop and desktop support and managed tickets for various office locations. Thomas then joined Atomico as an Information Technology Support Engineer, where they developed standard operating procedures and evaluated new hardware, software, and communication technologies. In 2016, they joined Hive | Centrica Hive Limited as an Information Systems Analyst, where they enhanced information systems solutions and supported IT infrastructure. Thomas'srole evolved to IS Service Delivery, where they continued to improve IT performance and efficiency. In 2018, Thomas joined Sprinklr and worked as an IT Manager and Senior IT Manager before being promoted to the position of Head of IT EMEA & APAC. In this role, they implemented IT strategy, enforced policies and procedures, and managed stakeholders at all levels. Currently, they hold the position of Global Head of IT Operations at Sprinklr.
Thomas Jenkins began their education in 2004 at Liverpool Community College, where they studied IT General & OCR. Thomas continued their education at the college from 2005 to 2007, focusing on Electrical and Electronics Servicing Level 2. In 2010, Thomas obtained their CompTIA A+ certification from CompTIA. In 2014, they enrolled at City, University of London, to pursue a degree in Linux Network and System Administration, which they completed in 2015. Thomas has also obtained additional certifications, including ACMT - Apple Certified Macintosh Technician from Apple in 2013, and Certified Casper Technician (CCT) from Jamf in 2017. More recently, in 2018, they achieved the MacOS Support Essentials 10.12 certification from Apple.
