Shannon Lim is a Principal Solutions Architect at Sprinklr since August 2021, recognized as Q4 FY22 SC/SA of the Quarter. Prior to this, Shannon held various roles at Amazon Web Services (AWS) from August 2019 to August 2021, including Senior ISV SA and Partner Solution Architect, focusing on enabling partners and technical engagement. Shannon's earlier experience includes a significant tenure at Salesforce from June 2010 to August 2019, where roles ranged from Lead Service Cloud Specialist to Senior Sales Support Engineer, emphasizing product specialization for the APAC market, pre-sales activities, and team mentorship. Shannon began a career as a World Wide Localization Software Engineer Intern at Autodesk in early 2009. Shannon holds a degree in Computer Engineering from Nanyang Technological University Singapore, completed in 2010.
