Saurabh Singh has a strong background in product engineering and machine learning. saurabh currently works at Sprinklr as a Lead Product Engineer, where they have been since April 2023. Prior to this, they held positions at Sprinklr as a Senior Product Engineer on the ML team and as a Product Engineer on the ML team from August 2022 to August 2020. Before joining Sprinklr, Saurabh gained experience as a Software Development Intern at Amdocs in 2019. In 2018, they worked as a Promotion Coordinator at ACM Student Chapter, IIT (ISM) Dhanbad and as a Machine Learning Intern at Moodcafe.

Saurabh Singh obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the Indian Institute of Technology (Indian School of Mines), Dhanbad from the year 2016 to 2020.
