Sarah Holsinger has extensive work experience in customer success and operations management. Starting in 2003, they served as the Director of Operations for James Madison University, where they planned and managed operations to support student-athletes. Sarah then continued their career at UC Berkeley, where they held the position of Director of Operations.
In 2011, Sarah joined the University of Virginia as the Director of Operations for the Women's Basketball Athletics Program. During their time there, they managed the program and implemented automated procedures to reduce reporting errors. In 2021, Sarah joined Brightloom as the Director of Customer Success and Professional Services. In this position, they built customer experience journeys, established meaningful relationships with enterprise clients, and led strategic projects for Brightloom's brands.
Their most recent role, starting in 2022, is as a Customer Success Director at Sprinklr. In this position, Sarah partners with Fortune 500 companies in the Tech, Retail, and FinServ industry to unify their research, social, marketing, and customer service in one platform. Sarah is responsible for program managing and leading the account management ecosystem to deliver value and drive business growth.
